      Lily was FANTASTIC!! What a great tastebud tour guide!  $5 SXSW 10a-4p ?!?!  Best deal in town. The food was spectacular! Don't sleep on the Liu Sha Bao!!

      Brought my family here we loved it! They want to visit again when next in Austin.

The portions of the food was so much that we had leftovers to bring home. All except the lamb. It was a small amount of lamb but it was delicious especially paired with one of the given sauces (can’t remember which) the other was not to my liking. We also had fried rice, steak, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, steamed dumplings: all tasty and flavorful. Our server Marvi was friendly and answered all our questions it being our first time. Also accommodated any dietary restrictions.

For desert we had a mango icecream cheesecake with flames which was an unexpected burst of flavor. Jackie served this to us and made a grand display.

Also, we were going to be late for our initial reservation but via call we were able to reschedule for a hour later with relative ease.

Asia’s Diverse Food Landscape

1618 Asian Fusion is located inside the AMLI South Shore Building, 1618 E. Riverside Dr. Austin, TX 78741. Our hours are 10am-9:30pm Sunday-Thursday, and 10am-10:30pm Friday-Saturday. There is a free parking garage directly across from our front door inside the AMLI.
